- i am a mom ,47 ,married with a 15 years old son .I do animal rescue work and volunteer for my son;s school .I am a prayer warrior and volunteer in a few ministries .I like the outdoors ,hiking .I like to read ,cook ,crafts .

- My mom died 6 years ago and since then my dad has been involved with 2-3 woman all at the same time ,they all use him .He is very lonely without my mom and thinks they are really his friends .Then why did they call him at work so much they got him fired?I don;t want those kinds of friends and he needs better women in his life too .WE hardly see him and we are his kids .He hurts us as he can;t see pass their problems to us .WE feel like we have lost our dad to them and i need prayer about that .HE seems unable to say no to them .Mainly because he is scared they will leave him lonely .Help him deal with my mom;s dealth Lord ,instead of running away from it and us .We don;t know what to do Lord but you do so we put our trust in you for the answers.Lord ,protect him from these women .He is old and easily pushed into things by them and we worry they will take his house ,.He is retired Lord and needs to not give his money to them as he needs it but they still ask .Give him the courage Lord to say no .Help him to help his-self LORD .Help Him to see we need him too ,Lord .Make these woman go away Lord in whatever way you feel is best .He needs Christian women in his life who won;t expect him to lower his standards for them .These women don;t live by these values Lord .They are a evil influence in his life .They aren;t believers and don;t hold Christian values and morals .Please bring my dad back to us Lord .Restore our family .In Jesus name ,amen .

Honey, I am sooo sorry for all you are walking thru right now w/your daddy, I KNOW you miss your mom so much, and I know your daddy is soo lonely. loosing walt. has been the hardest tradegy I have ever walked thru, I miss him so much, we were married 22 yrs, he was so kind/loving/giving to me, always thinking of ME 1st,>>> Walt got real sick, he was a diabetic ... well all the sudden on a monday the end of june, he felt real bad, went on to work, had a real hard day at work, came home, laid in recliner, well the next morning, we went to the hospital ... where we learned he had a massive heart attack. his heart was only beating 17 %... it was called a WIDOW MAKER! well, they had a bit of hope for him, michael my son and many more were praying for him until HIS last breathe, ...>>> while he was in intensive care, he had a massive stroke caused by a blood clot. well, they tried to remove it, but, could not, he also had a bleed, I had to remove the breathing tube.. this ALL was in 4 days>>> on June 28, 08, walt went to be w/Jesus! my heart is sooo overwhelemd, like w/o him is sooooooo hard, I just wanna get in the car and DRIVE... he was my best/friend, my soul mate!!!!

Father, be w/Lisa in all she is walking thru, her daddy lost her mom and her daddy is out w/other ladies who he is very vulerable right now and they know it, Father, I pray you would put your arms around her daddu, holding him close to your heart, ministering your love, joy, and peace to him giving him the strength to walk thru each day, Father, ease all his pain,
comfort him, renew, revive, redeem and restore him body,
mind and spirit, and reassure him of YOUR love Father in jesus name, amen!

I'm really sorry I haven't been by to say Welcome to the group. I have been dealing with a lot of personal, family stuff, & all my health issues. I was really sorry to read about your dad. As I said on your post, I've went through a lot with my dad after my mom passed. I have often said my Mom was the glue that held my family together. I knew growing up she was a very strong woman, very devoted to the Lord. Now as I have gotten older I realize just how strong her faith was & how close her walk with the Lord really was. I now sit back & wish I would have just spent more time learning the word & studying it out with her. We were very close & I still miss her dearly.
I will be praying for your dad & his situation. I will be praying for you & your family also. Please let me know if I can help in any way. If you just need to talk to someone. I know what your going through & I really do care, it is a very difficult thing your dealing with, I know I've been there & still am.
Looking forward to talking with you more. You'll be in my thoughts & prayers

I lost my precious husband, Walt, we were married 22 yrs..... he was a very precious, loving, caring man! I MISSSSSSSSSS HIM SO!!! God brought a special GIFT in my life, my daughter (kristi) ... she is on here!!!
just had a little baby boy on Feb..26, 09.. He is soo precious, and love him so much!! I am here for you Lisa, to talk, share, cry. whatevere you need..
