- I have been married to my HS sweetheart for 3e years. We have 3 sons, 3e, 28, 23 and a daughter 20. We are also blessed with 2 gsons ages 7 and 2 yrs. I am at home again due to severe disabilities ( Reactive Arthritis attacts the tendons in your body, Fibro and PTSD). I keep busy and moving by babysitting my 2 yr old gson a few days a week. I am very lucky, my family is wonderful. They live close by and always help when I ask. They have even taken over the dinners for all the holidays since I cannot cook due to fatigue and hand issues.
I have had a year full of surgeries, IV antibiotics and dental repairs and dentures being made because the medication rotted my terrible teeth. I am not surprized, but it has been a very difficult year for me physically. Now I face so many emotional issues around my family members who have terminal cancer.

- I need prayers for my mother who is battling cancer in her liver. She had lung cancer but that is cured, although it traveled to her liver. She is 83 and in very bad shape with her back and pain. Her chemo is making her so weak.
I also just lost my MIL to liver cancer last May. She was my mentor, taught me how to be a great MOM. I miss her so much.
I am very lonely. All my friends work and I don't have much adult company. I am always looking for the positive in my situation but I do get depressed at times.
I just lost my SIL Gale (70 yrs) married to my brother, from lung cancer. I need prayers for my brother Ed who is taking care of his wife, my mother and his step grandson (15yrs) who is mentally/emotionally challenged. I am asking for so many prayers, so much is going on in my life and it is emotionally trying every minute. Please show me the way to pray to our Lord for help and stregnth. I feel helpless because of my limitations, I must take care of me and it feels selfish to not help with all the work. I ask for all my friends to help me learn to practice peace, quiet and prayer daily.

I wanted to come by and say HELLO!!! I am so so so tired, my daughter just had my grandson! his was born Feb 26, 09 ... he was 6 pds 4 oz.. he is soooo sweet, she is such a great mommie to him, loves him so! i love feeding and singing to him, I have been sooo tired lately, w/all the pain I am in my body just cant keep up!. with loosing my walt 8 mos ago, every day is a challenge to me.. my life seems like it is spinning around, and I ma just trying to get thru it! but, I do w/Gods help!
he is my strength for each day, my hope for tomm!!!

How are you this morning... I just wanted to get to know you better!!! I am 47... lost my precious husband, he was 55.. his name was walt.. I loved him so very much, he took care of me, loved me, helped me, was very precious to my heart! he was my best friend.. I see you have had loss in your family. I am so sorry your mom is going thru so much! How I pray Father God would ease her pain, comfort her in all she is going thru, bring healing/health to her body/mind and spirit (psalms 103v3)... Father, I pray you touch Mary Kay, let her walk in your presence, love, hope and joy everyday, ease her pain that she is walking thru, give her strength and courage everyday as she watches her little grandson!!! Bless her family, put your angels around them, and Mary Kay,

my daughter kristi who lives w/me is about to have a little boy she is due Feb 20th ... in 5 days! i am getting real excited!!! When I married Walt, he had 2 girls!
Christy/Jen!!! now they have given us "6" grandkids!
but,being here w/Kristi thru all the time.. is so important to me!
we just gave her a wonderful baby shower last Sat!
I have a son Michael who lives in Bellingham Wash!
3000 miles from me, I miss him so!!!

Mary KayI'm glad you join our little group here, & Thank you for commenting on the poem group. I talked to Penni about it b/c there were so many here with such gifts of poetry, & things they were sharing scripiture, quotes. But they were all over in the others groups, so I was reading one & the Lord said make a place for them so we can go to share & read them when we need to & not search for them. So that's why I did it.
I'm so sorry about your mom, I know how hard this can be especially having just losing your MIL to the same thing. I lost my mom to CA back in 1995, it's hard to watch a loved one go through all that. But through the help from the Lord he see us through. I will keep you all in my prayer & may you continue to look to the Lord for strength. If there is anything I can do for you please let me know.
Our most kind & gracious heavenly Father I come to you to lift this family unto you. Lord you know all they are going through & what lies ahead, I pray dear Lord hold them close to you dear Lord. Give them the strength, comfort, & mercy. May you give her mother peace, ease her pain. I pray Lord that she'll not suffer, may you place angels around her to comfort, & give her peace. I truly am so blessed!!! when Walt died, Father God said, PRAY FOR MY PEOPLE.. I NEVER IMAGINED it would be like this.. My prayer page. has grown so.... and, I am so happy!!! to be able to encourage, love on, help others, pray ... it takes MY MIND OFF ME!!! and, all the pain/suddering I am going through...
I am soo sorry about your mom and all she is going through, I will truly keep her in prayer, and, I am so sorry you lost your mil.. It seems truly she meant alot to you...
