1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High

How are you doing?? You know your might be right... i tell you, I think alot of it is food, stress, etc, but, I know food has a BIG part in headaches, thank you for reminding me of this...
I have also had sinus probelms since I was a little girl.. but, this one WOULD NOT LET UP... for over a week, I was soo sick!
I am sorry I have not been here, I msss you all.. but, I know Gods presence is here, touching, helping, delivering, ministering to each other!
