Prayer Needed to Save My House!!

I was searching online for rental assistance, because my home is in foreclosure, & Sheriff's sale is in June. While I was doing this I stumbled across a site called money management.org. It had info on how I can save my home. I completed an online application to see if I would qualify for this program & PTL...I do! So then I arranged to speak with a financial counselor for an interview. After speaking with her she felt very confident that if we work with speed, that I will qualify & that she will be able to help me to save my home. She escalated my name on the list to the top, because of urgency & need. PTL! We then needed to check to see if my mortgage co is one of them that participates in this optional program to help people to save their homes & they do! PTL! The program is different from the other ones being offered that would not work for me. It is a govt grant program through the presidents foreclosure prevention plan. The grant program is called Making Homes Affordable. (MHA) The counselor emailed me the needed paper work & applications to save time that it would have taken to mail the applications to me. She outlined for me what I will all need to do & complete. She is available to me at anytime by email or phone if I need help in completing these things. I need to print it all, fill out forms & fax it all to several places. I also need to scan & fax needed documents to all places. These things include: an authorization letter, applications to the program & to the mortgage co for the MHA program, & financial & medical hardship letters. Then proof of hardships , proof of income, proof of loss of income, proof of my financials, etc. Because the auction of my house is so close, this all needs to be done asap before I run out of time. We had planned for me to complete all of this on Thurs or Fri at the latest. However, with my ex husband becoming so ill (me caring for him) & myself becoming so ill, I have not even begun to work on this. I emailed the counselor to let her know of & explain the delay. I need to work to complete this despite how ill I am & the other things going on in my life. I am praying to make the deadline, praying to have the strength & wisdom to do what I need to. I am praying that I do qualify in this final application process & praying that in doing so that I will be able to save my home. I pray for God's wisdom, strength, & divine intervention. I pray it all goes smoothly & that the mortgage co & others involved in this process will show me their favor. I praise the Lord for stumbling across this information at the last minute that may help me to save my home. With God, "All things are possible", I pray this is God's answer for me & that saving my house is God's will for me! In Jesus Name. Amen.

Im so sorry you are going through all of this.
Life is so hard sometimes.
Remember though that you are the child of the LIVING God.

And that we as your sisters and brothers in the Lord stand with you esp in prayer.
The word of God says we are to be good to all but esp the brethren.If only we as christians were kinder to each other it would uplift God,it would encourage us and it would show the world that we are a true light in this world.

I pray God will give you QUICK Wisdom and Strength to act on what ever opportunity you have and those persons will move with speed to SAVE YOUR HOME. I think with the escalation of home foreclosures (you know I was a victim 3 years ago) there are more programs the Gov't. has put out there to help. Continue to keep in touch with your Mortgage Company. I know you want to avoid them like the plague ... but believe me that is not the answer. May God direct your every step and confirm His Will to you. I decree "YOU shall NOT be PLUCKED up from your LAND!"

UPDATE ON PRAYER NEEDED TO SAVE MY HOME:
Earlier this week I finally manage to finish the paperwork, harship letter, & gather supporting documents to submit my application for the Making Homes Affordable program. I have now also faxed all that was needed. I did get the notice of sheriff's sale for my home that was to be July 21st. I am told that upon recieving my application that foreclosure & sheriff sale will be stopped pending the outcome of my application. I am praying that this will be of truth. I am praying that my application for this program is approved, that all involved in the decision making process will show me their favor, and that having completed this that I will be able to save my home. I pray that this is God's answer & will for me to save my home. In Jesus Name. Amen.
